Shipping

We will process your order within 2 business days. For deliveries within Singapore, you can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business days after processing.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement of all purchases.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to any holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will promptly notify you via email to confirm its arrival. Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the refund process. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or credit card within 5 business days.
