Suggested Use

Using your Gua Sha Tool, begin the following:
Right Side
1. Slide up the back of the neck to the base of the head & wiggle.

2. Slide up the side of neck to behind ear & wiggle.

3. Hold chin and glide:
a. Out to right side of jaw & wiggle
b. Out to right side of cheek & wiggle
c. Edge of nose out to temple & wiggle
d. Under eye, carefully glide to temple & wiggle

4. Starting at the jawline, preform circles along right side of face working your way up the face to the top of the cheek.

5. Glide across top of eyebrow from nose to temple & wiggle

6. Glide across the forehead from the inner corner of brow upward to hairline & wiggle. Continue gliding up the entire forehead until you get to the temple.

7. Glide up between the eyebrows to hairline X 3
REPEAT ON LEFT SIDE
